This training device adopts advanced branded electric vehicle steering system components, combined with a precise steering gear testing bench, aiming to provide a complete set of system disassembly, assembly, testing, and calibration solutions. Through advanced programming technology, this device can achieve precise implementation and comprehensive testing of simulated steering control.

I. Core Function Introduction:

1. Control Signal Generator: This generator is specifically designed for EPS (Electric Power Steering) controllers, capable of emitting precise command signals to accurately control the steering angle of the steering gear. The device is equipped with signal display and detection interfaces, supporting real-time monitoring of signals with oscilloscopes or multimeters.

2. EPS Controller: Receives signals from the analog signal generator and converts them into precise control commands for the steering gear. A signal detection interface is reserved at the output end, facilitating the analysis of control signals with oscilloscopes or multimeters.

3. Steering Gear: Uses top-brand electric vehicle steering system components, supporting manual and electronic control steering operations, ensuring high consistency with actual vehicle operations.

4. Steering Gear Testing System: Designed to evaluate the output performance of the steering gear, including steering angle measurement, steering gear midpoint calibration, free play measurement, etc., capable of displaying, recording, and outputting test results in real time.

5. Controller and Software Support: Provides by-wire controller circuit schematics, embedded controller source code, and by-wire CAN protocol and C++ test source code consistent with the training platform scheme, ensuring system integration and operational consistency.
