Product OverviewThis product is an eco-friendly lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) power battery teaching tool designed to help students and technicians deeply understand the internal and external structures, working principles, and energy conversion processes of electric vehicle power batteries through physical display and dissection. This teaching tool uses square aluminum shell lithium iron phosphate single-cell batteries, including 3.2V60AH and 3.2V50AH specifications, suitable for various electric vehicle technology training and teaching.

Functional Features

  1. Utilizes lithium iron phosphate battery packs for detailed structural dissection, showcasing the internal structure and series-parallel connection methods.

  2. The mechanical cross-section is sprayed with different colors of paint for easy identification and understanding of each component.

  3. Equipped with protective devices such as toughened glass covers and insulating sleeves to ensure safety during use.

  4. The base of the training stand is welded steel construction with a sprayed surface, equipped with self-locking casters for easy movement and stabilization.
